Roots of RISERs: Introduction

During the first month of school at RISE Online, our teachers and staff made an effort to implement a year-long initiative called the Roots of RISERs.

RISERs refers to our students at the school who exhibit the following:
Respectful : Integrity : Safe : Engaged : Ready

In an effort to further strengthen these qualities, students were introduced to 7 character traits that will be focused on for the year.

While September was an introductary month that summarized all seven traits, each month going forward will focus on 1 specific trait and different ways that children (and adults) can demonstrate them in and out of the classroom.
